Clearview Community Theatre is holding open auditions for their upcoming fall show, “Princess Whatsername”.  Auditions will take place on Friday night June 10 & 17 from 6:30pm to 8:30pm as well as on Saturday afternoon June 11 & 18 from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.  An audition time MUST be booked in advance.  To book an audition time, please follow these instructions:  First, check the theatre website (clearviewcommunitytheatre.ca) for the audition reservation page showing time slots that are available and then send an email to clearviewcommunitytheatre@gmail.com with the subject line of 'audition' and choose three times that suit in order of preference, along with your phone number.  You will either get a phone call to confirm, or an email.  Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your audition time slot as registration forms will need to be filled in along with headshots and measurements taken for costumes.  To facilitate the costume department measuring, please wear appropriate attire, i.e. shorts underneath dresses, if you're wearing a bulky costume please bring a change of clothing so we can get accurate measurements - thanks.  Crew signup will occur the same days as auditions.  We gladly welcome family members and friends to sign up to work behind the scenes in any capacity, please have them come and fill out an application form.  They do not need to reserve a timeslot to do this - just show up during one of the auditions times.   If you have any questions, please ask, we love to see new faces and want you to feel comfortable during your audition.  Proof of vaccination is required.
