It seems as though not everyone received the below e-mail previously so I am sending it again. Apologies if you received this information twice.
Below are the minutes of the May 2018 General meeting, as a reminder the next Chamber Meeting is this Wednesday June 20, 2018 at 6:30pm Council Chambers at Municipal office.
Fiona Frustaci, of Bardeau Insurance (206 Perry St, Stayner) is holding an open house on Wednesday June 20th from 1pm to 5pm. Drop in for cake and coffee.
Agenda will be sent out by Tuesday.

Meeting Minutes
Present: John Squire, Connie Leishman, Ramona Holmes, Troy Disabato, Micheal Frustaci, Mark Duncombe, John Squire, Kelly and Carson Kramer, Fiona Frustaci, Shawn Davidson, Lisa Squire, Linda Parolin, April Herbert, Kat Salvador, Petronella Bell, Emily Dillman, Tammy Dobbs

Business Recognition and Annual General Meeting- evening plans underway as planned.
Budget planned for $1000, on schedule. Decided to sell tickets ahead of time and at the door. Looking for VP and Directors for next term. Kat expressed interest in a Director position.
Financial Report - presented by Ramona. Group insurance premium paid to Stayner Chamber is consistent. Paypal has been used minimally for membership fees. Government grants received. Student staff member to be hired with grant money. Motion made to accept the financial statement by Kelly, seconded by Connie, CARRIED
Music, Market and Park it - $2500 sponsorship from TD Bank acquired,
Mothers Day Draw - Winner Val Brady, 16 businesses sold tickets, huge basket, many donations, raised $750 for Chamber.
Stayner Art Fest - event will go ahead, many vendors interested, July 14 event date. Report by Connie.
Canada Day - $2800 grant given for Canada Day events, money being split between Heritage Society and Chamber, Lisa chairing event.
Main St. Planters - looking for volunteers to help with planting.
Student to be hired - position offered to second year university student. June-August work period. Chamber to be $2500-$3000, over and above grant. Budget approved last meeting.
Business Crawl - idea of month long event during October to promote shopping in Stayner. Organized by Kat and Kelly.
