Our newest program, the Operations Implementation Program (OIP), was designed with the independent tourism operator in mind. It has been created as part of RTO7’s 2020/21 COVID-19 Business Recovery Plan to assist and support tourism operators in BruceGreySimcoe during recovery from the effects of COVID-19.
How does OIP work? RTO7 matches your investment in operational expenses with $1,000 (including HST) for a social media campaign to promote your tourism business. Eligible operation expenses include items you already pay in the normal day-to-day operation of your business, such as:
Mortgage payments
Rent
Insurance
Inventory purchase
And others
You’ll need to submit proof of payment with your final report (note that RTO7 covers the additional agency fees).
