Join the Movement | #CanadaUnited
Last month, chambers of commerce and boards of trade across the country launched Canada United: a nationwide small and local business campaign encouraging Canadians to buy local.
Canada United is offering small business relief grants of up to $5,000 to help small Canadian businesses with recovery efforts as a result of COVID-19. The grant funds will grow over the next several weeks as every video watched and social post liked from Canada United will result in a 5¢ contribution from RBC and other partners. Funds can be used for PPE, renovations, or e-commerce capabilities.
We are excited to activate together as a network in the GROWTH phase of the Canada United campaign.
Click here to access the communications toolkit.
-
The toolkit has everything you need to participate (*including the growth phase activation plan)
-
Continue to communicate (social, newsletter, and web)
-
Remember to tag @GoCanadaUnited with #CanadaUnited!
-
We will be updating the toolkit on Friday with templates to engage local government officials (see an example from the City of Stratford below!).

Municipalities across Ontario faced unprecedented burdens during the pandemic but, as we enter a period of recovery, their challenges are far from over.
