BUSINESS AWARD SPONSORSHIPS, COMMERCIALS & SILENT AUCTION
Dear Chamber members,
Work on the 2021 Clearview Chamber Business Awards has begun! This year the event will be pre-recorded and cut together as an awards show, so no matter what the state of the pandemic, the show will go on. On September 12th, the Business Awards video will be posted on the Clearview Chamber Website, our Facebook page, and our YouTube channel. It’s going to be different this year but it’s going to be good!
SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES
Award Sponsor
The cost to sponsor an award is $150. As the sponsor, you will have a 20 second video introduction of your business and a mention of the award you are sponsoring. You have the option of being in the video yourself or having a Chamber representative do it for you. A script will be provided for your approval before filming. Please see the awards that are available for sponsorship below. They will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Commercial
There are four commercial spots available for the Business Awards. If you choose this option you will have a 20 second commercial spot that will be shot for the video. The cost is the same as an award sponsorship at $150 and you have the option of being in the video yourself or having a Chamber representative do it for you. A script will be provided to you for approval before filming. Please note: You may be an award sponsor or have a commercial, but you may not do both. They will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
Title Sponsor
The Title Sponsorship of the awards is $500. Advertisement of the event would be Clearview Chamber Business Recognition Awards Sponsored By XXX. This option provides you with your name on the event, a free commercial up to 45 seconds in length, and the opportunity to read out the winner of an award. Granted on a first-come, first-served basis.
OPEN AWARDS
The following awards are open for sponsorship on a first-come, first-serve basis:
Business of the Year
The Business of the Year Award recipient demonstrates outstanding achievement in growth, sales, innovation, leadership and increased productivity. A company making a positive impact on the community through good business practices, that has attracted interest in and attention to Clearview.
Agricultural Business Award (Farm of the Year)
This award honours an agricultural enterprise where the successful farm or agricultural related operation results in a flourishing and thriving business and helps to promote agriculture in our community.
Agricultural Producer Excellence Award (This category includes, but is not limited to: Farms, Distilleries, Butchers and other food processing businesses.)
The Agricultural Producer Excellence Award is presented to a farming, distillery or food processing business that has made outstanding contributions to the advancement of agricultural production and/or food processing in Clearview with a yield of high-quality products.
Professional Services Business of the Year Award (This category includes, but is not limited to: Law, Medical, Dental, Accounting, Financial, Insurance, Real Estate and other professional service providers.)
The recipient of this award will be recognized for outstanding achievements in Professionalism and Integrity, Company Growth, Customer Service, Market Development, Sales & Marketing and/or Community Service.
Dining Excellence Award
The Dining Excellence Award is presented to a restaurant that has made an outstanding contribution to the Clearview culinary landscape, providing exemplary service in a friendly, inviting atmosphere and practicing the highest standards of food quality and safety.
SILENT AUCTION
As a fundraiser for the Business Awards and the Chamber as a whole, we will be holding an Online Silent Auction in August leading up to the awards. We are currently looking into the online platform to use and will be collecting donations in June and July. If you are interested in donating an item for the silent auction, please contact Kat Salvador at admin@clearviewchamber.com.
