 Joe Talbot was our agent for selling and purchasing about 10 months ago. He is very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He has many years of construction experience so his knowledge of that is very helpful when we would look at a potential house to buy, He would be able to point out structural issues and things such as life of roof etc. He could also point out the positive aspects of the house as well. We were able to sell our house and buy the perfect house for us and we would recommend Joe as a real estate agent to anyone.
